General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of online training services, live training sessions, and certification programmes (including PECB-accredited courses) concluded via the website of TUNYTECH Business SRL (TunyAcademy) (hereinafter “the Provider”), with business clients (“B2B”) and individual consumers (“B2C”).
Article 2 – Pricing, Registration and Confirmation
All prices are indicated in Euros (€), excluding taxes (excl. VAT) for businesses and including all taxes (incl. VAT) for private individuals. Registration is definitively confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of the confirmation email with credentials or convocation notice.
Article 3 – PECB Certified Training (Incompressible Fees Clause)
Courses bearing the official PECB certification badge include mandatory, non-compressible and nominative fixed costs (official license fees, provision of official course manuals in the PECB application, examination voucher, and accreditation fees).
Once registration is transmitted to the certifying body or access to official courseware is assigned in the learner's name, this €500 amount is strictly acquired by the Provider and cannot under any circumstances be refunded or included in a voucher in case of late cancellation.
Article 4 – Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Individual Consumers / B2C)
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Directive 2011/83/EU):
- Statutory period: Individual consumers have a legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
- Early execution (< 14 days before the session): If registration occurs less than 14 days before the start of the course session and the client expressly requests immediate commencement of the service (access to course materials or seat reservation), they expressly waive their right of withdrawal pursuant to Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law.
- Immediate digital content: As soon as the client accepts immediate access to digital materials or online platform access before the expiration of the 14 days, they formally waive their right of withdrawal.
Article 5 – Cancellation Policy, Vouchers and Processing Fees
Any request for cancellation or voucher issuance must be made directly from the online My account portal.
Article 6 – Voucher (Credit Note) Terms of Use

Automatic generation: Any voucher generated from the client area provides a unique code (e.g.
VCH-XXXXXX) credited to the customer account. - Voucher Amount: Equivalent to the eligible amount paid less PECB fixed fees (€500) and a 5% administrative processing fee.
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, non-refundable in cash, usable in one or multiple installments across the entire training catalogue.
Article 7 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of the Provider's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
